It was a fabulous event. Loshini’s slides, presentation, and charcuterie board were gorgeous. The wine perfectly complemented the tastings. With great enthusiasm, I recommend Arisi Foods Co. Chef Loshini’s cooking classes. She has held interactive classes with our cooking club in Boynton Beach. She brings all the ingredients and tools needed, demonstrates each step, and teaches about the ingredients. We always share a wonderful meal together. Chef Loshini is knowledgeable and adept at teaching culinary preparation, making each class a fun and educational experience.

The cooking club at our development - Valencia Sound- had Loshini conduct an interactive cooking class teaching us to make a variety of Hors D'oeuvres for the upcoming Thanksgiving and holiday season. We couldn't say enough good things about how great the food was and the instruction. Each group had 4-5 persons participating in the prep and cooking . The menu was chosen ahead and everyone had an amazing experience. Today I'm about to recreate a few of the appetizers we were taught in preparation of Thanksgiving. Honestly, the baba ghanoush was the best I have ever eaten!

I attended two cooking classes led by Loshini—one with a Thai theme and the other Portuguese. Both experiences were wonderfully personalized. Loshini and her sister are well-organized, come prepared with all necessary tools and ingredients, and even prepare some items in advance for efficiency. The instructions are clear, and the supervision ensures everyone’s success. Both classes were delightful, and our meals were delicious. I just made the potatoes and aïoli sauce from class, and now my husband wants to try her dessert!
